On 10 May 2025, we gathered at the European Cultural Centre, Palazzo Mora in Venice to celebrate the announcement of the DIVIA Award 2025 winner: Trần Thị Ngụ Ngôn, founder of Tropical Space in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, who received 10,000 euros in prize money.

Surrounded by the DIVIA finalists, jury members, peers, and an international audience, we were especially honored by the presence of H.E. Dương Hải Hưng, Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy, who personally congratulated Trần Thị Ngụ Ngôn on her achievement.

Tropical Space is recognized for its use of local brick, climate-conscious design, and deep respect for Vietnamese building traditions. Among its acclaimed projects are the Cham temple-inspired Premier Office in Ho Chi Minh City and the Terracotta Workshop in Quang Nam Province. Congratulations!
